Welcome to the Bishop Blanchet Parent Association!
The Parent Association brings Bishop Blanchet parents and guardians together to help strengthen and support the entire school community by hosting informative parent meetings, assisting in school events and encouraging families to become acquainted. Just as we encourage our students to become involved at school and meet new friends, most parents find that this is an important time to make connections with other parents, find ways to volunteer and be informed about what is happening at Bishop Blanchet High School. Our vibrant Catholic community is based on a partnership between parents, students, teachers, administrative staff and alumni and your participation is a vital part of this partnership.
All parents and guardians of students at Bishop Blanchet are members of the Parent Association. The Parent Association meets in the evening on the second Monday of most months during the school year. All parents are not only welcome, but are encouraged to attend the meetings. These meetings allow the grade level reps to report on the events they are responsible for, hear about school events and policy and hear from a speaker or participate in a service project. Best of all, it is an opportunity for parents to meet other parents, be involved with school activities and develop a deeper appreciation and understanding of Bishop Blanchet.
On the
events page and the school calendar you will find the Parent Association meeting dates as well as the dates for several social events including parent social evenings for each class grade level and other all-school events. Additionally, there are numerous athletic and performing arts events that are wonderful to attend. Our students appreciate your spirited support and attendance, and you will enjoy becoming a more active part of the school community.
Again, welcome to the Parent Association. We are looking forward to a great year as, together with you, we support Bishop Blanchet High School.
