Prayer and Sacrament are central to a life of Christian faith. They give birth to a life of service, generosity and compassion. They are part of the daily life of a Catholic school.

The following prayer and sacramental opportunities are offered:
- Prayer and Liturgy Team is made up of student leaders from all grades who are interested in providing more participation and input from students. The team is responsible for developing opportunities for more student-led morning prayer meditations over the P.A., as well as providing input and leadership for our all-school liturgies and prayer services on campus.

- Weekly masses occur at lunches on Wednesday and Friday in our chapel.

- All-school masses including Mass of the Holy Spirit in September, Advent Mass in December, and Baccalaureate Mass in May.

-Reconciliation services occur during Advent and Lent, including a communal penance and reconciliation service for the entire school. Note: individual confession is offered when requested.

- Anointing of the sick: offered to students and faculty as requested.

- Liturgies other than Mass: At least once a month, the whole school comes together for a worship service centered on a particular theme. Themes include: respect life, sharing God's abundance, and wholeness through diversity.

- Prayer is incorporated into our school day at the beginning of third period, for 3-5 minutes of meditation/reflection/prayer offered over the P.A. for the entire school community. Prayer also begins classes, assemblies, meetings and most occasions where we come together.
