When life throws us deep and profound and painful challenges like the death of a family member, or a severe illness that strikes one of our students, or a tragedy that shakes the foundations of our faith, that is when we need tender loving care from our community.
The following are some of the ways we offer opportunities for pastoral care:
Our on-campus chaplain is available weekly to lead us in prayer, lunchtime Masses, reconciliation opportunities, and one-on-one pastoral counseling.
Moments of grief, loss, illness, and/or suffering occur in our community each year. Our Bishop Blanchet community responds with loving care, prayer, and community outreach according to the needs and wishes of the individual student or faculty member and his/her family.
