            In an effort to benefit both our children and ourselves as their parents, we openly support having our names and phone numbers published, noting that we agree to the following general guidelines:

 

  1. We will make, and are willing to receive phone calls relating to the safety and protection of our children and their fellow Bishop Blanchet students.

 

  1. We encourage wholesome activities for our children. We chaperone their activities and do not allow them to possess weapons, or alcohol or any other drug in our homes.

 

  1. We will communicate with the appropriate adults to ensure that events outside our homes will be properly chaperoned and will not include the use of alcohol or other drugs nor possession of weapons by minors.

 

  1. We support and use a reasonable curfew for our children. Knowing that some occasions require special considerations/exceptions, and that some families may use restrictive curfews, we offer the following weekend curfews for a general guideline.

12th Grade: 1:00 a.m.

11th Grade: 12:00 midnight

10th Grade: 11:30 p.m.

9th   Grade: 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. We have discussed this agreement with our children.
