Learning at Bishop Blanchet

Welcome from the Principal

Welcome to Bishop Blanchet!
Bishop Blanchet is a Catholic college preparatory school that has an established, well-balanced academic program. With the help of our college counselors, our alumni attend some of our country’s best schools, from the University of Washington in our backyard all the way to prestigious colleges on the east coast.  Our dedicated faculty work hard to establish relationships that last well beyond your four years at school, and these personal relationships are even more possible thanks to small class sizes and a 12:1 student to teacher ratio.
Bishop Blanchet offers a comprehensive selection of 26 Honors and AP classes and over 80 electives.  To take advantage of these offerings, we have a modified block schedule that allows students to take seven periods per day. Furthermore, Bishop Blanchet has partnered with the University of Washington’s UW in the High School Program to grant students college credit in some courses. Every classroom is equipped with interactive boards, and Bishop Blanchet is a 1:1 iPad school.
Bishop Blanchet fosters growth of the whole person.  In addition to our wide range of academic offerings, Bishop Blanchet provides a safe place to explore your gifts and talents in whatever area you are interested in. I invite you to set up a visit to spend a day at Bishop Blanchet so you can immerse yourself in a community that will last you a lifetime.
Go Braves!
