Veracross

• Review and update your student’s demographic information listed in Veracross for accuracy. This helps our school and the State of Washington track changes in student enrollment and various outcomes (such as graduation rates) to ensure all students receive the educational programs and services to which they are entitled.
• Make any necessary updates to your contact information in Veracross, including email address, mailing address, etc. If you have questions please email the Bishop Blanchet Help Desk at studenttechsupport@bishopblanchet.org
• Review your family’s school directory entry, this is a great tool to connect with other families about carpools, etc. 
  • You must opt out if you want your information to be private.

First, please be sure to check your junk mail to verify that the email from Veracross did not get filtered out of your inbox. The initial email about how to login/set up your Veracross account was sent on June 30, 2025. It was from m@mail4.veracross.com 

If you are still unable to find it please do the following:

• During the month of July:
  Email studenttechsupport@bishopblanchet.org requesting a Veracross account reset.

• Beginning in August:
  Email Sandra Pereira spereira@bishopblanchet.org requesting a Veracross reset.

1. Go to portals.veracross.com/bbhs -or- bishopblanchet.org/veracross
2. Use link in the right column of this page.
3. On the main Bishop Blanchet website; in the upper menu bar, top right corner there is a QuickLinks dropdown, you can find all the links to regularly used websites and systems at Blanchet.
4. Parents page of the website.

Navigate to the Veracross login page and click on the “Can’t access your account” link at the bottom of the page to reset your password. You just enter your email address, and it will send you a password reset link.

If you are still having issues logging in, please email studenttechsupport@bishopblanchet.org and the Technology Department will get back to you.

Note: Class schedules will not be visible until midway through July.

When you log into Veracross, on the main page it will list any students in your care. Under each student, there is a button for “Classes & Reports”. From there, you can see their classes, confirm their day-to-day schedule, check their grades for each class, see their attendance records, etc.

If your students do not appear together in your Veracross account, please email Sandra Pereira at spereira@bishopblanchet.org. The Blanchet campus is closed during the month of July but we will be happy to get back to you during the month of August.

After logging in, on the right hand sidebar, there is a button for “Review/Update Family Profile”. To select the information that you would like to have included in the directory click on the “Directory Preferences” tab.

By default there is some contact information viewable to other BBHS families in the directory; you must opt out if you want your contact information to be removed.
