About our Program

Ultimate Frisbee is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. BBHS offers Ultimate Frisbee as a co-ed sport that competes during the winter season. Ultimate is a non cut, non contact team sport. The program is part of the co-ed league through DiscNW. The team practices 2-3 days a week during the season on our home field, with games on Saturdays at sites all across Seattle. The team is open to experienced or inexperienced players who are looking to learn and grow their skills, and enjoy the camaraderie this team offers.
