Dance Team

The Bishop Blanchet High School Dance Team is a program open to all Bishop Blanchet students. The Dance Team strives for excellence and provides its members opportunities to express themselves through the art of dance and to highlight their talents, abilities and interests by achieving academic success, promoting school spirit and serving as positive role models to their peers and community. The Dance Team encourages leadership and growth by providing a supportive environment where individual and team goals can be achieved.

The Dance Team performs at Bishop Blanchet athletic team games, assemblies, local community events and also competes in regional, district and state dance competitions.

Tryouts: Tuesday September 6th, Wednesday September 7th, Thursday September 8th, 2022 2:45pm-4:45 pm @ BBHS
First Day of Practice: Monday September 12, 2022 @ ADI
Season Practices: Mondays & Wednesdays 2:45-4:45pm @ ADI / Tuesdays 3:00-4:00pm @ BBHS
Practice Locations: American Dance Institute Greenwood (ADI) - 8001 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

Season Updates:

The 22-23 Dance Season will be implementing tryouts to evaluate technical skill levels and select dancers for the program. Please be sure to complete all tryout materials and submit physicals prior to the first day of tryouts. This season the team will practice off campus at the American Dance Institute Greenwood (ADI). Dancers, please communicate with your families to arrange transportation to practice.
