Improv Team

Improv Team

Bishop Blanchet Improv Team is an audition entry team of students that meet weekly.  The team values collaboration and a supportive environment as they develop skills, using exercises of improv comedy games, scene work, character development and storytelling techniques. Playing improv games builds creative and positive energy.
Improv team is not limited to actors or comedy.  Students who enjoy writing, creative arts, or physical expression are members of improv team. Improv team practices listening, spontaneity, taking risks, speaking up boldly, building on strong objectives, and theatrical tools to create memorable scenes and stories together.

Audition: Students who are invited to join Improv Team demonstrate improv skills, listening and support of other team members.  The goal of Improv team is to have FUN, while maintaining respect for self, others and the values of Bishop Blanchet HS.
