The Arts

Overview

Performing & Fine Arts

With five choirs, two bands, award winning musical and dramatic theatre arts productions and dozens of elective options in fine arts, performing arts, and music, it’s no surprise that BBHS is at the top of the list for students seriously interested in pursuing the arts.

Whether you’re an actor, stage manager or interested in set design or costuming,  BBHS gives students the opportunity to produce professional theatre productions--our musicals are even held in downtown Seattle’s famed Moore Theatre. And our performing arts grads get into some of the nation’s top schools, helped along by a school-organized audition trip to Chicago in the spring.

If you’re musically oriented, you will also enjoy opportunities to travel and perform as part of our acclaimed concert band, jazz band or as a member of one of our lauded choirs or vocal ensembles.
