Bishop Blanchet offers an array of exciting, engaging, and enriching experiences in academics and athletics for middle schoolers and incoming ninth graders.

Pricing Overview
  • Price: $175 per camp. $115 for Study Skills camps.
  • Early Bird Discount: $25 off each camp until May 1. 
  • Multi-Session Discount: $50 off total. Get this discount when a participant registers for two or more camps. Morning and afternoon sessions are available to encourage full-day participation.
  • Multi-Person Discount: $25 off total. Get this discount when a family registers two different children for camps.
  • Note: Discounts will not appear until final checkout stage on the registration website.

  • Boys' Basketball | Grades 5-8

    Got game? The Brave Summer Boys Basketball Camp equips players with skills and techniques in a positive and competitive atmosphere. Coaches and current players work with campers to develop individual offensive moves, passing, shooting, rebounding and ball handling. The camp operates from a team perspective, working within the offensive and defensive systems implemented at the high school level. Learn what it takes to Compete, Communicate and Commit!

  • Boys' Soccer | Grades 5-8

    Bend it like a Brave! The Brave Summer Boys Soccer Camp is designed with the beginner, intermediate and advanced youth player in mind. Coaches, current players, and BBHS alumni work directly with campers to develop and enhance coordination, balance, technique, and skill. Emphasis is placed on passing and receiving, dribbling, shooting, heading, movement into space with and without the ball, possession, and various defensive and offensive techniques.

  • Cheer | Grades K-8

    Are you loud, proud, and full of spirit? All K-8 students are invited to join the BBHS Cheerleading Squad for a week of learning cheers, chants, and dances. Campers will acquire fundamental cheerleading skills in a fun environment with an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship and skill development.

  • Computer Programming: Fast & Furious | Grades 5-8

    Instructor: Jane Bissonnette, BBHS Math and Technology Teacher
    Time: June 22-25, 9am-12pm

  • Cross Country (Co-Ed) | Grades 4-8

    Runners, take your mark! Campers learn about basic running technique, racing strategies, nutrition, and injury prevention. This age-appropriate introduction to running helps youth appreciate the benefits of this lifelong activity. All activities take place at Green Lake and Lower Woodland.

  • Flag Football | Grades 5-8

     
    Go deep! In this non-contact, up-tempo camp, players learn the rules of the game, offensive and defensive formations, and the fundamentals of football (proper way to catch a football, how to run a route, proper backpedaling technique, and more). Come enjoy the action on Mickey Naish Field!

  • Frosh Football | Grade 9

    This camp is open to all incoming 9th graders. This competitive camp focuses on teaching the fundamentals and techniques of every position. The BBHS football coaching staff looks forward to welcoming and developing players of all levels and experience.

  • Girls' Basketball | Grades 5-8

    Got game? The Brave Summer Girls Basketball Camp offers instruction in the fundamental skills and strategies of the game of basketball from coaches, current players and alumni. The camp includes daily competitions and drills while building team performance and individual skills like ball handling, shooting form, one-on-one moves, rebounding and defensive principles.

  • Pottery & Printmaking | Grades 4-8

    Creativity takes courage! Be a Brave artist and explore a variety of art media, including clay sculptures, collagraph printmaking, watercolor painting, and more. In this fun and collaborative environment, students learn basic art skills while discovering their own unique creativity and personal vision. All supplies are provided at the camp, so just bring your imagination.

  • Study Skills | Grade 9

    Jumpstart your academic success! This BBHS Study Skills Camp assists students in transitioning to the more demanding and time-consuming homework loads associated with a college-prep high school. This camp helps students develop time management, organization, study strategies and planning skills to increase success in the classroom.

    Instructor: Kori Boyd, BBHS AP English Language & Composition Teacher
    Time: August 17-19, 1pm-3:30pm

  • Study Skills | Grades 5-8

     Jumpstart your academic success! This camp assists students in transitioning to the more demanding and time-consuming homework loads associated with middle school. This camp helps students develop time management, organization, study strategies and plannin skills to increase success in the classroom.

  • Tinkering in STEM | Grades 5-8

    Discover STEM through tinkering. See for yourself what engineering and playing have in common by building circuits, interacting with sensors, and programming your own creations. Campers will be introduced to circuits and programming in hands-on environment where they can build  their own creations. Each camper will get to take their own Arduino kit home at the end.

  • Volleyball | Grades 5-8

    Bump, set, spike! The Brave Summer Volleyball Camp provides specialized instruction in serving, passing, hitting, blocking, and defense. Campers develop skills through both individualized coaching and challenging, competitive drills alongside campers of similar skill sets. Join us to elevate your game in a positive and encouraging environment.
